How much is postage within Australia and when will I receive my item?

Parcels are sent Registered Mail via Australia Post. All online orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated postage time is between 1-5 days depending on your location. We ship out of Queensland.
On the day your order is shipped we will send you an email confirming its dispatch.
Do you offer Returns for Refund and Exchange?
Item(s) purchased online may be happily returned or exchanged if in their original condition (unworn).
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE:
It's simple! Return the item(s) to us in their original condition (unworn) with box and packaging material within 14 days of receiving it, please include a self addressed 3kg prepaid post satchel. Enclose your original invoice and note the reason for exchange together with your new colour/size requirements.
Please note: Shoe Star will only allow exchange for the same item of different colour/size.
RETURNS FOR REFUNDS
In the unfortunate incident you're not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition (unworn) with box and packaging material within 14 days of receiving it. Enclose your original invoice and note the reason for refund. Refunds will be credited against your original payment method, excluding delivery charge.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via paypal, visa and mastercard. All prices are in Australian dollars.
Do you post internationally?
We currently do not offer international postage.
How to Order
Below is an overview of the order process, instructions are available as you proceed with your order.
- Browse through our range of ladies shoes by using the size or colour options on the left of the website.
- Click on the photo of a shoe to view more details.
- Select your size from the drop-down menu underneath the shoe price.
- Enter the quantity you would like to order
- Click "Add to Cart"
- You now have the option to "Continue Shopping" or "Next" to Check Out.
- When you select "Next" you will be asked to create an account with ShoeStar, this will supply us with your contact and shipping details.
- Check that your shipping address is correct then click "next".
- Tick that you agree with the websites terms & conditions and proceed.
- You will now click on the PayPal link to pay for your order. PayPal is the secure company that processes credit cards, they also accept bank transfer. You DO NOT need to be a PayPal member to order.
- If you are a PayPal member simply log into the website
If you do not have a PayPal account click "Don't have a PayPal account?" - Follow the instructions on screen to pay for your order.
- Your order is now complete, you will receive an email with details of your order.
